ABOUT DAVID MEISSNER

David Meissner

David Meissner is a lifelong Minnesotan who raised his family in Princeton, Minnesota—a community he proudly calls a wonderful place to grow up. He is the father of two stepdaughters who are now raising families of their own. His son, a recent graduate of the University of Northwestern, has begun a promising career in accounting.

David's professional background spans transportation, logistics, supply-chain operations, and IT. He has extensive experience in freight handling, supply chain tracking, and transportation operations across complex carrier networks. This work gave him a strong understanding of operational accountability, process discipline, and the importance of strict chain-of-custody practices in complex systems.

In addition to his logistics experience, David developed advanced skills in computer programming, focusing on technology solutions for logistics and transportation. His early work included building web-based tools that provided real-time visibility into freight availability and shipment tracking. He later specialized in back-end API architecture and relational data design, developing secure, data-driven systems across multiple industries. This experience gives him deep expertise in secure system environments, data transparency, and best practices in information management.

David is also the founder of Nation Under God, a nonprofit organization built on three core pillars: Faith, Charity, and Education. Through its podcast, the organization shares faith-based conversations, highlights charitable work across communities, and fosters thoughtful discussion on civic and public issues important to Minnesotans.
