With absentee and early voting now making up over 38% of all ballots in Minnesota, this is no minor issue. It is a fundamental breakdown of election integrity that must be fixed.

My name is David Meissner, and I am running for Secretary of State to restore party-balanced oversight and enforce proven election security standards across every ballot, every step of the way.

I bring real-world experience from transportation, logistics, and IT where chain-of-custody, accuracy, and accountability are non-negotiable.
